Service Availability and Modifications

Uptime and Maintenance

Geographic Availability

  • By MetricWise: 30-day notice for convenience, immediate for breach of terms
  • Data Export: 60-day window for data retrieval after termination
  • Final Billing: Pro-rated charges through termination date
